very simple

Yes. If your friend gives you permission, then you can file a return for them. To start a new return in TurboTax Online, login to your account, then click on “My Returns”, then “Start A New Return” from the left side menu. If you get a “Welcome back!” screen with a list of your returns, you can scroll down to the bottom and click on “Create a different return” to start a return.
