Haven't seen page for my T 4 slip. My husband is there but not me?

    Please see the image below for steps to your T-Slip Summary. You will need to select that you have a T4 as seen in the image then click on Continue at the bottom of the page. On the next screen, you will click on Add a T4 for yourself and follow the next prompts to enter your T4. Remember to Save and Continue at the bottom of the screen to save your entries.
