Does your mother already have an agreement with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) called a T2201 Disability Tax Credit which she would have applied for and are you named on it as the person she could transfer the unused portion of it from her taxes?

For more information, please see our TurboTax article: Your Guide to the Disability Tax Credit 2023

    Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

    thank you for your response

the thing I have only the RRSP receipt with my social number  ,account number and the amount (cash out) so I don't have any idea to fill in the boxes on the T4RSP

Look on the top of the paper it should tell you if its a T4RSP or exactly what it is. They will provide you with one by end of February- you will need to wait for it, to complete your income tax return.
