My CRA Account shows my Tax Returns and Notice of Assessments as "Not Received". What does that mean?

I am trying to pull my tax returns into Turbo Tax and when I logged into the CRA "My Account", it shows 2021 tax returns info as "Not Received'... Any ideas on what to do next?

    Did you get a NETFILE confirmation number? If you did not, then your return was not successful sent to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
