My wife died in 2022, so I started to fill out her form, should do mine first, how do I change that?

I need my net income to enter into her form, so I have to complete mine first.

I’m sorry to hear of your loss.

You will need to enter your net income on her return too. You can enter an estimate to continue her return. Then when you have completed your return, you can go back and put the correct net income in her return before you file.

To start a new return in TurboTax Online, click on My Returns at the top of the left side menu, then click Start a New Return.
