Question

Turbo tax recommended I (wife) claim refund and not my husband.. If husband claims refund it is for almost $300 more.Why?

    Please click on the drop down arrow below the Refund amount showing- it will say- 2021 tax refund then the drop down arrow to the right- Then click on View detailed tax summary- scroll all the way down and it will show the refund amounts. What you will do is verify how much you both will get as a refund - and if you make more from one claiming a credit over the other person then you can claim it.
