    To receive your tax return, the CRA takes about 2 weeks if you filed online, and 8 weeks if you filed a traditional paper return. These datelines are just applicable if you have submitted your tax return before or on the due date. If you are outside Canada, and you have filed a non-resident tax return, the CRA will take about 16 weeks.
