Got a ddd of 02/26. Checked WMR again, and my federal and state both say unable to provide information. It also said I entered the wrong information. What’s going on?

This is normal ... if you have been able to see your information in the past but today you cannot then either you have been blocked for checking too many times in a 24 hour period OR the returns are transitioning between departments ... since you have a DDD check back on that date to see if the IRS did release the funds on time.
