$1,000 was taken from my bank account but my amended federal return said that I didn't owe anything. They took taxes I owed from before I amended. What do I do?

I had to fill out some forms about my last job that I hadn't known about. Once I added those in, I didn't owe anything.

do nothing. wait for the IRS to process the amended return. this can take months so you'll have to be patient.
