Question

2018 Already paid for 2 states and Premier. Trying to Amend in 2022 and wants additional 44.99 for 2nd state now which I already paid for it in 2018!

This was done all online, no software download to a PC. But did buy Premier and bought 2 states. CSR said we see no purchase at all, even with my confirmation
