2018 File Unavailable

Turbotax (online) is saying I didn't file with them for the 2018 year, which I did. However, I used the software version. But shouldn't the software version communicate with the online site to at least show that I filed with Turbotax last year? I want to be sure I can import all my data from last year for this year's taxes...

The TurboTax desktop editions and the TurboTax online editions are totally separate programs.

You can transfer the 2018 tax data file from your computer to the 2019 online tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for transferring when using the online editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/how-do-i-transfer-last-year-s-return-into-turbotax-online/01/25953
