If you are using TurboTax to amend your 2018 tax return and are having issues, more details would help others diagnose the exact issue.

 

If while amending your seem "stuck" in the education interview and can't get to the 1098-T screen, keep clicking to Continue until you reach the summary screen at the end and you can edit the 1098-T entry there.
