2019 1040x amended return error F1040X-014 - Form 1040-X

When I attempt efile my amended return the IRS rejects it with the following:

F1040X-014 - Form 1040-X, 'ChldWhoLivedWithYouCnt' in 'CorrectNumberOrAmountGrp' must be equal to the amended Form 1040, 'ChldWhoLivedWithYouCnt'.

E-filing for 2019 amended returns just started a few days ago, and there have been some glitches. Wait a couple of days and try again--they are working on it.
