Question

2019 fax numbers that was on my letter 12c for filing 8962 is not working! It keeps saying the number you have dialed is not in service how do I send this corrected form?

Unfortunately, if the fax number on your letter is not working, you would have to contact the IRS to get the correct number. Please see how to contact the IRS below:

Note: 

You will need to follow the prompts in order to speak to an IRS agent. There is a high call volume this time of year.

When calling the IRS do NOT choose Option 1.   

Choose Option 2 after you choose the language.   

Then Press 1    

Then Press 3   

Then Press 2, it will then transfer you to an agent.
