2019 Fed tax refund still not paid by irs

Fed and state 2019 tax returns e-filed and accepted by state and Fed on same day. State refund received in April. Fed 2019 tax refund still not received and Where is my tax refund website still says return in process. I cannot contact anyone in the irs to give me any information on the status beyond what the web site has online.

How can I get some help?

Turbo Tax would not have any information as to why your refund has not been issued by the IRS. You would need to contact the IRS in order to ask why it has not been sent.

You should be able to get someone on the phone, as many offices have now reopened. Please click here for the contact number for the IRS.
