2019 Refund sent to Turbotax Bank, but no refund

Hello,

I filed my taxes over a year ago and only received my state refund, not my federal. I contacted the IRS and they said that they had already deposited my refund in a 3rd party bank...

I selected to deduct my fees from my taxes last year and I feel like that might be contributing to whatever is going on. I called TurboTax in December and they said it takes 4-6 weeks...

Can somebody explain this?
