2023 return never received after opening a Credit karma account for early direct deposit. I have received two different 5071c letters. Still unable to verify my identity

Did anyone else have similar issues with their 2023 return?

What all have you done in response to the 5071c letters to verify your identity? Did you try verifying online or by phone?

Have you phoned to speak to the IRS?

Have you spoken with the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service?
