2024 form 3800 line 4

I have a General Business Credit that is limited by TMT. The amount is recognized by TurboTax on the 3800 Worksheet as "Unused credit carryforwards from your 2023 Form 3800" under Credit Carryforwards and Carrybacks, but does not show up on form 3800. In previous years that amount appeared on form 3800 line 4. The form is slightly different this year, but I think it should be there. I have been trying to enter the correct value into line 4, but have not found a way to do that.

Turns out that form 3800 line 4 is now only for non-passive carry-forwards. So to get an entry you need to have non-passive activities listed in the carry forward section of the 3800 worksheet.
