Downloaded 2024 NY and entered tax information. Later came back to revise a number. When I returned to the State tab, it did not acknowledge that I had entered (and downloaded) NY info. The forms pages showed no NY forms. I went back to the State tab and hit the START button and the button changed to EDIT. I clicked on EDIT and nothing happened. I went for the forms pages and some NY forms were there with info. How do I get into the NY software to edit? 2/6/25
