2025 tax return rejected twice

My 2025 tax return rejected twice due to form 5965.  We filed as married separately and both completed form.  How do I fix?  Email says file after March 17rh. Why?

    Form 5695 is not being accepted by the IRS until 3/16/25 due to an issue at their end.  Here is some more information from the IRS.
