I need to complete form 8962 for year 2015. When I log in to my TT account to amend/add the form, a box pops up that says the online deadline to amend has passed (it was yesterday, although there is still plenty of time for the federal deadline).
How else can I amend without having to order the whole Turbo Tax CD software package via snail mail?
Since you are using a Mac (at least to ask this question), you have to get the 2015 amend software for Mac from TurboTax Customer Support as a download. You don't have to pay for the software. And also download your *.tax2015 data file from your 2015 Tax Timeline.
I see you are using Mac OS X 10.7.5. It may work OK on that, although it prefers a higher OS version (v. 10.9 or higher.) See this FAQ about TurboTax 2015 if installed on v. 10.7.5:
