I received notification from TurboTax that my federal refund had been accepted, but the IRS site says otherwise.

 

Which one do I believe?

    The notification from TurboTax means that the IRS has accepted it to be processed. It doesn't mean that your refund has been approved; it just means that the IRS has received it and it's processing it.
