Accepted February 11th, here it is March 25th and I still havent received my return! I can’t get anywhere. This is highly frustrating

you refund and millions of others have been delayed.  you can try calling again to check if the IRS has sent out the paperwork.   The agent is correct. there is nothing Turbotax or anyone can do except the IRS.  we are also dealing with problems at the USPS which has had issues timely delivering the mail in some parts of the US.  in some parts of the state where I live a postmaster inspector found thousands of pieces of undelivered mail (that should have already reached the addressee) and some citizens have complained they haven't received mail for weeks. Maybe Congress should merge the USPS with the IRS - a wreck on a wreck.
