Accessing last year's taxes from a dead spouse's account

I'm writing on behalf of my mother. My father passed away in 2019 and we're trying to get a copy of their Married Filing Jointly tax records but we can no longer access his account. As my mother is a co-signatory on the return, is it possible for TurboTax to release a copy of the return if she is able to provide proof of identification or a death certificate? I'm aware that we can get a full copy of his return from the IRS but the 70+ day timeframe is problematic for ongoing financial and estate planning.

On the contact website Edit the product to CD/Download and the edition to Deluxe. On the following screen enter your personal information and a description of the problem. Click on the blue button labeled Get Phone Number

Unfortunately the support page you referenced doesn't provide a direct means of contacting a support tech, and when I attempted to enter a question about accessing a deceased spouses account it leads to a dead end. Is there a contact phone number out there I can provide to my mother? She doesn't have a twitter or facebook account and while I could DM them I'd rather put her in contact with someone directly.
