Account not existing anymore?

I filed an extension but the account does not exist anymore. I am trying to login with the email that the confirmation was sent to (see screenshot). 

 

Any idea how I can access my account again? The standard recovery feature does not offer an account.

    The helpdesk can look at your records and verify the account that was used to file the extension.  They cannot tell you the login that you used, but they can verify it.
