After I filed my taxes, my school made an adjustment to my 1098-T form, I tried to 'amend' and open the software to adjust it. I believe that was the right step, but every time I try and download or open the software, it says error in the page, every time. I have no idea what to do.

Before amending your return, I suggest you determine whether or not the changes to your Form 1098-T will have any impact on your 2019 tax.  If not, there is no need to amend.

I did think of doing that, but I was unsure if changes were made. I tried downloading my recent taxes but I was unable to be sure if any changes were made because its not so straight forward to read if you are not too experienced in reading tax forms. I could get a hold of my school to see if they can give me anymore information. If so, I will need to make do the amendment by Mail?
