Will I get my tax advance on a new TurboTax card or the one I already have?

I applied for an advance & they told me I was approved and sent a card in the mail. They NEVER gave me my advance though

I would appreciate if it wasn't the same automated response!! Stop putting the link to it we all know that.

We need some real answers is there some kind of problem? Are they being processed? There has been no email about it no response from the issuing bank nothing
