Question

After checking continue for direct deposit, I get the working icon. It won't go any further. What should I do?

Is there something wrong with Turbo Tax? I cannot get past the working icon after checking continue for direct deposit.

Your computer may be in a loop.  Please clear your cookies, history and cache' then reboot.
