Question

After completing my medical form, it said I owed money since my wage was different. Was this already deducted or will I owe this once I get my return?

Please explain what medical form you are referring to.   Do you mean you had a 1095A and got the premium tax credits?  And actually made more income than you told healthcare.gov that you would be making in 2022?   If the results say that you owe tax due you are not getting a refund.  Look at line 37 of your Form 1040.  Does that show that you owe tax to the IRS?
