After filing

  • Can I submit a pv voucher to state of maryland if I amended my tax and it is processing the return 502x electronically and I have a due payment of $352, and on my original 502 have a refund of $474 that is incorrect cause i put residency as part year and I'm full resident and that's is still processing.

Wait to submit it. You filed an amended return before waiting for the first return to finish processing-money finished. The state does things in order. Wait until you get the refund and then make the payment. I recommend paying it online, Individual Payment.

In the future, wait until your return is completely done before filing an amended return.
