After filing my taxes how can I get all worksheets used to create my return (along with the return)?

Hi -

I have just efiled my return and am just paranoid about the account number(s) I provided for payment to IRS (note this is payment of taxes not refund of taxes). Where can I get the information I provided in the payment process?

My understanding is that this information is in the federal information worksheet but the copy of the return I can download does not contain this worksheet.
