When I efile I get a reject error stating my wife's AGI is incorrect.  We file joinly with one amount.

For some reason my record on file with IRS has a different AGI than Turbotax does!!

I've tried them both and neither one is accepted!!

I really don't want to mail but it's come down to that unless someone knows how to fix the problem..

tx, frank

If you filed a joint tax return for 2020 then the AGI is the same amount for each of you.  It is on line 11 of your 2020 Form 1040.   If that AGI will not work, try using zero.

Tx.  0.0 worked... I have no idea why.  I spent almost as much time getting this to work as I did preparing the taxes !!

TT was NO help, bout done with them, as there was other weird stuff I had to deal with.

    Tx again.
