Alabama passed a bill last month, to give a credit on 2021 taxes to people who received federal tax credits last year, but it's not applying yet. ETA on it in Turbotax?

But so far, my state taxes have remained unchanged. Any idea how long it takes Turbotax to implement such a change?

It can take a while. TT must program it, test it, and then get the state to approve the programming.
