I filed my state taxes electronically then discovered that I forgot a 1099 and owe more taxes. I've already authorized a deduction from my bank for the original taxes owed. When I send in my amended form, do I add a check for the difference between the amount already authorized and the new amount due after the amendment? I filed today then discovered my mistake almost immediately.
