If you elected to receive your refund onto a prepaid debit card, you will receive the card in the mail 5-10 days after you ordered it.

The refund will be loaded onto the card once the IRS approves the return and releases the refund.

The IRS estimates most taxpayers will receive their refund within 21 days from the date it was accepted, of course, it may take longer.
