I filed my taxes I had a new baby and claimed the ctc but forgot to claim the third stimulus I didn’t get, my taxes got approved and will be depositing next week.  Should I amend?

    It depends. The IRS may automatically adjust the refund for the stimulus you did not receive and pay the additional money. If they do not automatically adjust your refund, you will need to amend your return, but you should first wait until your originally filed tax return is processed and you have received the refund.

    If you got the CTC on the new born then the RRC should also be on the return already ... look at line 30 of the form 1040.
