Amend Mac Software Program

Hi,

I filled out the form entitled “Amend Prior Year Return - Mac Software Request” over 2 weeks ago and still have not been sent the software or been contacted regarding it? I did fill out two forms (one for 2017 and one for 2018) and I used the Federal Free edition to file my taxes for both years. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Thanks!

It should not take that long- contact customer support. Do not say you used the free version.

There is no single published number because it changes contently depending on the nature of the call and agent availability. Following the link below will either give a current number for you to call or take your number for a callback.
