Amend return option 2022 Turbo tax for Home and Business?

I cannot find option to amend return on my desktop version of Turbotax Home and Business.

Where do I see it? Under File Menu?

If you used our CD/download product, sign back into your return and select “Amend a filed return.” Form 1040-X. Please also be sure your CD/Download program is up to date.

If the IRS accepted your tax return, then you will need to wait until you have received your refund, if applicable, and then amend that return to make changes, if needed. Amended returns have to be printed and mailed in and take up to 16 weeks to be processed.
If accepted, wait until you have received your refund or taxes due paid, then you can follow the instructions below on how to amend your tax return.

Thanks but I cannot find "Amend Return " option anywhere.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Amend (change) return

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

When you first start Turbo Tax desktop, the startup screen has a section in the middle "Manage Your Returns". There's an option in this section to "Amend a return (make changes) after it was filed and accepted by the IRS." It's pretty straight forward from there.

Using the CD/download-----go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Tax Forms>Amend a Return

The previous post is the best answer I found anywhere regarding accessing "Amend a Return" in the TurboTax CD/Download version. All other responses are vague and wrong.

And it still works for Tax Year 2023!

Took me a bit to figure this out too, but when you open the tax file from a prior tax year - it'll be hard to find the "Amend" option. TurboTax CD / Desktop versions consider Amendments as "New Returns", so the way to see that option is to first go to the top left hand menu / horizontal navigation bar and Select File > New Tax Return > then on that start page, if you look on the screen the "Amend" return option will appear as one of the options.
