Amended too soon

Hi,

I completed and submitted my taxes through turbotax online. I realized I had made an error that would increase my refund. I asked the online chat for assistance and it recommended I amend my return. This was immediately after submitting my tax forms through turbo tax. 

Turbotax online generated an amended federal tax form and submitted it. For the Georgia State return, it just changed the refund amount on the Georgia tax form on the documents I downloaded. When I received my Georgia return, though, the amount was for the lesser return amount not for the higher return amount. Should I submit another amendment? Is there a way to do this through Turbotax? Again, the Georgia Tax form i download from turbotax show the higher return but the amount I received from Georgia was the lesser amount.
