Hi I filed my 2020 tax return last year but 2 weeks later I received my 1099-C in the mail. So I wasn't able to add that on. I wanted to add it to my 2021 taxes. Can I do that and if so how?

No, you can't add your 2020 1099-C form income to your 2021 income tax return. Each tax year stands alone. You'll need to amend you 2020 income tax return(s). Please see How do I amend my 2020 return?
