Hi, I downloaded the desktop amendment software, as the online version wouldn't let me change federal. In 2013 I filed in 2 states, and the desktop software wants me to pay for the second state again. Is there a way to sidestep that and go directly to the federal amendment process? I don't need to make changes to that state, only to federal.
