Any chance us poor folks will be able to deduct our PMI for tax year 2018?

Not at this time, but legislation is pending in Congress to extend this deduction.
Another bill was introduced at the beginning of the month to extend PMI and other deductions.
However, I must advise that the House is not in session any Friday between now and April 15; neither the House nor the Senate is in session next week.
