Anyone else using TurboTax have a accepted status but now shows delayed?

"Accepted" does not mean "approved"---you have to wait for the IRS to process your return. Some refunds are delayed -- for a variety of reasons. TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after the IRS accepts your return, so all you can do is wait for the IRS to finish processing it.
