Yes refunds are being issued.  You can check the status of your refund by using this link.  Check Your Refund Status

that’s not what she meant i am sure i am sure she means been released  from SBTPG because they are saying they do not have them or they have to hold them till Feb 22 when everyone else is already getting theirs from different companies
