Question

anyone know why my print previews are always blank and i get just blank pages when printing my tax forms?

i use the adobe pdf reader that the software recommends and both my pc and printers drivers are fully updated

    Please try using the steps in this link for more guidance on printing to a pdf.  

     

    If you are using the desktop product, you should also make sure your program is updated.  This can be done by logging into your desktop product.  Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.

     

     

     

    If these options do not assist with printing your pdf copy, please comment back and we will assist further.
