We do not have access to your tax return in the forum but you can see if the IRS "Accepted" your return by checking your e-file status. If your status shows pending, it has not been accepted or rejected yet. Also, when you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return. 

Once "Accepted" by the IRS, within 24 hours you can start tracking your refund on the IRS  Where’s My Federal Refund? site.
