As a waiter I tip out my hosts with after tax money, How do i include this into my taxes for a write off?

If you are paid on a W-2, you're not allowed to claim expenses against your income, sorry.  The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 suspended these deductions. 

 

If you're paid on a 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC, you file as 'Self-Employed' and can claim Expenses against your income.

 

Otherwise, when you report your tips to your employer, subtract the amount you will pay out to hosts.
