Question

As I finished e filing I was prompted to print a form and mail it in order to complete my filing. I was unable to view or print this. Where can I locate this form?

To print and mail forms, please follow the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below. The first page in your printout package will be the File by Mail Instructions, which will provide the mailing address and what forms, if any, you need to include.
