At the end of filing for my tax returns, it did not ask me if I wanted my tax refund mailed or direct deposited

You must have missed that part. If you did not specify how you want to receive your refund, and did not enter a bank account routing and account number, then they will mail a check to the address on your tax return when your refund is issued.

I am using TT Business and it did not ask me how I wanted my refund either. I was able to apply some to 2024 ES Taxes, but it said it would send me the rest in a check! I don't want a check, and I've searched everywhere trying to find out where I can say I want DD!

No, there is no direct deposit option for refunds on Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, or 1041.

Since those are the forms you can prepare in TurboTax Business, direct deposit isn't an option. You can apply your refund to the next year, or receive a check.
