I ordered Audit Defense and it was charged to my credit card (I have the email confirmation and charge on my cc), but my laptop crashed and when I went back into TurboTax, it's trying to charge me again for Audit Defense. In fact, it won't let me efile without purchasing Audit Defence. Why can't I simply say no to purchasing it again, and skip to efiling? It won't let me bypass the purchase of Audit Defense. Very frustrating!!!
